Terms of delivery

As our customer you can be certain we will do our best to please you and serve you in the best way possible. There are however a few points that you need to consider.

Delivery time

We guarantee delivery of our products within 24 hours after receiving payment for your order. This means that if you pay today, or your payment has been approved today, it can take 10 business days at most to have your order delivered at your home. Most of the time this will be much sooner, but we cannot be one hundred percent sure (as we have to rely on postal services).

Correct delivery address

We cannot guarantee fast and on time delivery if you have entered an incorrect delivery address and telephone number. If your order needs to be resent due to an incorrectly entered address then extra expenses such as shipping costs will be on your account.

Money back guarantee

So you placed an order, paid for it in time and gave us the correct address and telephone number… and still something went wrong!? It is very, very rare that it happens, but if it does you are able to cancel the order and we will refund 100% of the paid amount.

Returns and exchanges

We give you the opportunity to choose your size online. If you order one size and receive another, we will of course replace it for the correct one without extra cost for shipping.

If you did receive the size you ordered, but you want to exchange it, you can exchange it for another product of the same price or – after paying the difference – for a more expensive one. The socks, however, must not be worn yet and the socks must be intact. Your new choice will be sent to you after you paid for shipping and the difference in price.

Guaranteed quality

Before leaving our shop every product is thoroughly tested and checked on production errors. If you find a flaw in the socks you just ordered, you can return it to us (on your own account) and we will replace it with an undamaged one. If the sock in your size is sold out, we will refund your payment. Note that Finkelbaum is not responsible for damage after you’ve worn or washed your socks!
